About Yerba Mate

Yerba (meaning green) mate [mah-tay] from South America is a great tisane with a mellow, clean, earthy flavor.   It has about the same amount of caffeine as coffee so it has a little more punch that our beloved tea.  A great alternative for anyone wanting to quit coffee.
