About Vietnam Imperial Oolong

This Oolong tea is grown in the highlands of southern Vietnam. It was produced using the Tung Ting method, made famous in Taiwan. Fresh leaves are first sun-dried and later rolled to a ball shape. The rolling and drying process may be repeated over 20 times.

8 oz water at 195 degrees 
Steep for 4 minutes
