In 1972, the island of Ceylon officially changed its name to Sri Lanka.  "Ceylon" is still the traditional name used to describe the tea from there. This bright and wonderful single estate tea comes to us through our new friends on the Wonder of Asia!

Ingredients:

Black tea from Sri Lanka

 

Steeping Suggestions:

1 teaspoon tea
8 oz water at 208 degrees
Steep for 5 minutes
