What are Artificial Flavors?
Artificial flavors, unlike those extracted directly from nature, are synthesized in laboratories. While there's a common belief that 'natural' is superior, the sophisticated science behind flavoring has evolved to the point where many artificial flavors posses the identical chemical structure as their natural counterparts!
Are your teas vegan or gluten-free?
Yes! all of our teas are naturally gluten-free and vegan, making them an excellent choice for those following health-conscious and plant-based diets.
What are your sachets made of?
Our teabags are made of NeoSoilon®, a 100% mesh filter made from 100% non-GMO sugar cane. This completely biodegradable material is 100% plastic-free. Happy Steeping!
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can pause, skip your next order, or cancel your subscription in your Savoy Tea Co. account on our website. Just head to the 'Manage Your Subscriptions' section. If you need any help, let us know at online@savoytea.com!
How do I switch my tea type on subscription?
To change the tea in your subscription, you'll need to cancel your current one and then start a new subscription for your preferred tea. This is because our system doesn't allow direct product edits to active subscriptions. You can manage this through your account in the 'Manage Your Subscriptions' section. We’re always happy to offer a recommendation for your new choice!
Can I switch my tea subscription for just one month?
Yes, you can! The easiest way is to:
- Log into 'Manage Your Subscriptions' and 'skip' the upcoming delivery for your regular subscription tea.
- Then, place a separate, one-time order for the different tea you'd like to try that month. Your original subscription will then resume as normal for the following scheduled delivery.
What happens if I order the wrong tea or product on my subscription?
If you notice your upcoming subscription order is for the wrong tea:
- Log into your account ('Manage Your Subscriptions') before it processes. Your best option might be to cancel that specific subscription if it's incorrect and create a new one.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately at online@savoytea.com so we can help.
Will I get charged shipping on my subscription every time?
Shipping is charged for each subscription delivery, usually around $5. However, if your monthly subscription total is over $37, shipping is on us—it's free! You can always confirm your exact shipping cost in the Orders section of your account.
How do I check my subscription status?
Log into your Savoy Tea Co. account on our website and go to the 'Manage Your Subscriptions' section. You'll find all your current subscription details there, like upcoming orders and selected teas.
