How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points for every $1 you spend. Just make sure you're logged in to your account when you place your order — points are only added to logged-in accounts.

How do I redeem my points?

How much are my points worth?

Every 100 points = $1 off your order. So if you have 500 points, that's $5 to spend!

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points don't expire, so take your time.

I placed an order but didn't receive my points. What happened?

You must be logged in at the time of purchase for points to be awarded. If you checked out as a guest, those points won't be added automatically. Reach out to us at info@savoytea.com and we can look into it.

I can't find the rewards icon on the website. Where is it?

Look for a small icon in the bottom corner of any page on our site. Click it to open your rewards dashboard. If you're having trouble seeing it, try refreshing the page or switching browsers.
