In 1922, a new white tea was born. White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) consists of two leaves and a bud. It is processed the same way as Silver Needle, a method developed around 1776 in Fujian, China. It's wonderful texture and mellow sweetness will find it's way to the top of your list!
