August is here, and these sun-drenched days call for the perfect refreshment. It’s the heart of late summer, a time for savoring long, golden afternoons and warm evenings. To help you celebrate the season, we’ve crafted three exquisite, easy-to-make tea mocktails designed to capture the vibrant spirit of these beautiful days.
Experience a burst of summer with this vibrant mocktail, where the tangy-sweet flavor of raspberry beautifully meets a cool whisper of fresh mint. Built on the fruity foundation of our Raspberry Razz Matazz black tea, it's a perfectly balanced and uplifting treat designed to refresh your day.
What You'll Need:
Brewed & Chilled Raspberry Razz Matazz Black Tea: 8 ounces
Fresh Mint Leaves: 4-5 leaves
Raspberry Syrup: 2 tablespoons
Ice: Plenty of it!
Garnish: Extra mint sprig and fresh raspberries
Let's Make It!
Tea First: Brew 3 teaspoons of our Raspberry Razz Matazz Black Tea in 8 ounces of 208°F water for 4-5 minutes. Then, remove your steeper & let the tea leaves strain. Finally, using a cup or pitcher with an air-tight lid, allow the steeped liquid to cool completely in the refrigerator.
Muddle the Flavors: In the bottom of a sturdy glass, muddle the mint leaves.
Add Syrup: Add the raspberry syrup to the muddled mint and combine.
Ice it Up: Fill the glass completely with ice.
Pour the Tea: Pour in the 8 ounces of your brewed and chilled black tea.
Stir and Garnish: Gently stir to combine all the delicious layers together. Garnish with an extra sprig of mint and a few fresh raspberries before serving. Enjoy!
Light, elegant, and wonderfully bubbly, this spritz is a perfect harmony of flavors. The gentle notes of our Lemon Berry Ballet Green Tea dance with sweet strawberry and a bright spritz of sparkling water . It’s a sophisticated and refreshing mocktail, perfect for a sunny afternoon or a celebratory evening toast! *clink*
What You'll Need:
Brewed & Chilled Lemon Berry Ballet Green Tea: 2 ounces
Strawberry Syrup: 2-3 tablespoons
Fresh Lemon Juice: Juice from half a lemon
Sparkling Water: Unflavored and chilled
Ice: Plenty of it!
Garnish: A fresh strawberry and a lemon twist
Let's Make It!
Tea First: Brew 3 teaspoons of our Lemon Berry Ballet Green Tea in 2 ounces of 175°F water for 2-3 minutes. Filter out the tea leaves using a steeper or strainer and allow the remaining tea concentrate to cool completely in the refrigerator. Pro Tip: Be sure that there is a tight lid on whatever cup you put in the fridge. (Tea likes to take on all of the scents around it!)
Next, We Flavor: In a tall glass, combine the strawberry syrup and fresh lemon juice.
Add Tea & Ice: Pour in your chilled green tea and fill the glass with plenty of ice.
Get Bubbly: Top it all off with chilled sparkling water.
Combine & Shine: Give it a gentle stir to mix all of these delicious elements. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a twist of lemon.
Experience a delightful twist on a summer classic! This mocktail begins with our very own Lemonade Stand Rooibos tea, a caffeine-free infusion that melds the delicate sweetness of green rooibos with organic lemongrass and hibiscus flowers for a tart flavor that rivals fresh pink lemonade . By adding a splash of real lemon juice and a beautiful, ruby-red hibiscus syrup, the tea transforms into a layered, wonderfully refreshing mocktail that’s both familiar and excitingly new.
What You'll Need:
Savoy Lemonade Stand Rooibos: 8 ounces, brewed and chilled
Hibiscus Syrup: 2-3 tablespoons
Fresh Lemon Juice: Juice from half a lemon
Ice: Plenty of it!
Garnish: Lemon wheel
Let's Make It!
Brew the Tisane: First, brew the Lemonade Stand Rooibos by steeping 3 teaspoons in 8 ounces of hot water at 208°F for 7-10 minutes (it can go even longer if you'd prefer). Strain and chill it completely in the refrigerator. (Don't forget the lid!)
Combine the Mocktail: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the chilled Lemonade Stand Rooibos Herbal Tea, the hibiscus syrup, and the fresh lemon juice.
Garnish and Enjoy: Give everything a good stir to combine the beautiful colors and flavors. Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and enjoy your tailor-made, thirst-quenching summer mocktail!
