About Tie Guan Yin

Anxi County, Fujian Province is the birthplace of Tie Guan Yin. One of the most complex oolongs to make, requiring a dozen different rolling actions, precise firing temperatures and then a final baking process. This Tie Guan Yin is reminiscent of old with it's rich flavor and savory but light roasted notes.
