About Tie Guan Yin - Jade Oolong

The tea leaves of this Jade Oolong are tightly packed in a cloth and placed in a rolling machine that shapes the leaves into tight balls. The leaves are then removed from the cloth and fired briefly in a tumbling machine on low heat. This rolling and firing process can be repeated up to 32 times.

1 teaspoon tea
8 oz water at 195 degrees
Steep for 4 minutes
